Music for a captivating short documentary by Perth filmaker Misagh Habibi about sculptor J J Jannu.
In the middle of the film, Jannu sings a short prayer to himself. I took that melody and wrote some piano variations on it, aiming to capture the stillness of the film and Jannu's calm, creative presence.
